By default, account cancellations are scheduled to take effect at the end of your billing cycle. We regret that we cannot offer refunds for any usage that falls outside of our 3-day refund policy. It is essential to communicate your refund request within this timeframe.

Please note that refunds are not available if you have utilized your account within the same calendar month as your refund request unless it falls within the 3-day money-back guarantee period. To avoid any future subscription charges, we strongly recommend canceling your account promptly.
